My mega menu does not open

The Menu item title in the CM Mega menu panel block must match the top-level menu item exactly, including capital letters and spaces. Copy the title from Content → Menus and paste it into the block.

My logo is not showing

The header uses the first logo it finds: Logo image in CM Header, then Logo in Theme settings, then Logo text. If you see plain text, no image is set in either place. If the logo is too small or large, change Logo width in CM Header.

The mobile tab bar is missing

Check three things: Theme settings → Layout → Show mobile tab bar is on, CM Mobile tab bar has at least one CM Nav item block, and Hide on mobile is off in its CM customise group. The bar only ever shows on phone-sized screens.

The cart opens a page instead of the drawer

Set Theme settings → Layout → Cart type to Drawer. With Page selected, desktop shoppers go to the cart page while phones still use the drawer.

I cannot find a section in Add section

A few sections are fixed to their own template and cannot be added elsewhere, such as CM Product information, CM Collection, CM Cart and CM Search. Others belong to the theme layout and are always present, such as CM Cart drawer and CM Newsletter popup.

A section shows on desktop but not on my phone

Open the section's CM customise group and check Hide on mobile. Then check the same switch on its blocks. The hero also has its own Mobile features group that can switch individual elements off.

The newsletter popup does not come back

That is by design. After a visitor closes it, it stays hidden for the number of days in Show again after. To test it, open your store in a private browser window.

My changes are not on the live store

Confirm that you pressed Save and that you are editing the published theme. Changes saved to an unpublished theme only show in its preview until you publish it.

Filters are missing on collection pages

Filters come from Shopify's Search & Discovery app. Install it, open Filters and add the ones you need. Shopify hides filters on collections with very large product counts.

Something looks wrong after custom code

Remove recent additions one at a time: Custom CSS in Theme settings → Comers design system, CM Code snippet and CM Style rule blocks in CM Advanced control, and any CM Custom Liquid sections. Save and refresh after each to find the cause.
